Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 10:30am PST on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed 1-2 business days from the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We will always email you an order confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping within the United States takes 1-5 business days depending on location. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 USD to the contiguous U.S. We offer flat rate shipping of $8.50 USD for other orders. We use USPS or UPS for all deliveries. If you have a special delivery request please contact us.

Shipping to Canada takes 3–7 business days, depending on location. We ship via UPS or DHL and offer complimentary shipping on orders over $150 USD. For orders below this threshold, shipping starts from $15 USD and is calculated automatically at checkout. Please note that taxes and duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to Europe takes 3-7 business days depending on location. We offer free shipping within the EU on orders over €200. Shipping charges for orders under €200 vary by location and start at €20. Shipping automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping to the United Kingdom takes 3–7 business days, depending on location. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS and offer complimentary shipping on orders over £200. For orders below this threshold, we offer a flat shipping rate of £20. Please note that UK orders are fulfilled from outside the UK and may be subject to taxes and duties. These are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to New Zealand and Australia takes 1-5 business days depending on location. We utilize NZ Post or DHL. We offer free shipping to New Zealand on any order. We offer free shipping to Australia on orders over $200 AUD. We offer flat rate shipping of $30 AUD for all other orders to Australia via DHL. If you have a special delivery request please contact us.



Rest of the world shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on location. We utilize DHL, GLS, Fedex, UPS or USPS for international orders, depending on your location. We offer free international shipping on orders over $300 USD. We offer flat rate shipping of $30 USD for all other orders. If you have a special delivery request please contact us.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, On the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@activistmanuka.com with a description and image of the damage and we will issue a replacement within 1 - 2 business days.

Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs for international packages, are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.
