Shipping within the United States takes 1-5 business days depending on location. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 to the contiguous U.S. We offer flat rate shipping of $8.50 for other orders. We use USPS or UPS for all deliveries. If you have a special delivery request please contact us.

Rest of the world shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on location. We utilize DHL, GLS, Fedex, UPS or USPS for international orders, depending on your location. We offer free international shipping on orders over $300. We offer flat rate shipping of $30 for all other orders. If you have a special delivery request please contact us.

Shipping to Canada takes 3-7 business days depending on location. We utilize DHL or UPS for all international orders. We offer free shipping to Canada on orders over $150. We offer flat rate shipping of $15 for all other orders. If you have a special delivery request please contact us.



Shipping to New Zealand and Australia takes 1-5 business days depending on location. We utilize NZ Post or DHL. We offer free shipping to New Zealand on any order. We offer free shipping to Australia on orders over $200. We offer flat rate shipping of $20 for all other orders to Australia via DHL. If you have a special delivery request please contact us.



Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 10:30am PST on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed 1-2 business days from the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We will always email you an order confirmation with tracking information.

Due to the nature of our honey, we cannot accept returns. However, On the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@activistmanuka.com with a description and image of the damage and we will issue a replacement within 1 - 2 business days.

Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs for international packages, are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.
