How do I change my order frequency?
Log in to your subscription dashboard and select Edit Frequency.
From there, you can choose a new delivery schedule and adjust your next billing date to suit you.
Can I change my product selection?
Yes, you can easily update your subscription before your next delivery.
Simply head to your subscription dashboard and select Edit Products.
From there, click Add Product(s) to Subscription to find and add new items. You can choose to make this a one-time addition or a permanent update to your subscription.
To remove a product, just tap the minus (–) button next to it in your dashboard.
Can I temporarily place my subscription on hold?
Yes, you can pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months. This places your subscription on hold temporarily, and billing will automatically resume once the hold period ends.
To initiate a hold, navigate to your subscription dashboard and select Pause. From there, you may select the hold period of your choice.
How do I apply the 10% discount to a one-time purchase?
Simply head to your subscription dashboard and select Edit Products.
From there, click Add Product(s) to Subscription to find and add new items.
Choose to make this a one-time addition and receive 10% off. This will add the item as a one-off addition to your upcoming shipment.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can easily skip, swap products or update your frequency at any time via your subscription dashboard. Cancellations can also be managed through the subscription dashboard.
