Gluten-Free Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

Indulgence meets simplicity with these gluten-free, vegan peanut butter cookies. Made with fine almond flour, creamy peanut butter, and naturally sweetened with ACTIVIST Raw Mānuka Honey.

Ingredients

1¼ cups fine almond flour
⅔ cup creamy peanut butter (unsweetened)
⅓ cup ACTIVIST Raw Mānuka Honey
Flaky sea salt

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for the sea salt. Scoop the dough into balls of your desired cookie size and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten each cookie slightly, then use a fork to create a crisscross pattern on top.

Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
