Recipe:

ACTIVIST Mānuka Honey, Mint & Shallot Salad Dressing

A clean, distinctive dressing that balances the sharpness of vinegar and shallot with the depth of Mānuka honey and fresh mint. It comes together in seconds and brings just the right edge to bitter greens and juicy seasonal fruit.

How to make

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp. ACTIVIST Mānuka Honey
4 mint springs, leaves on
2 tsp. of mustard
1 shallot peeled and roughly chopped
3 Tbsp. champagne, white wine or apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until well emulsified and you don’t see any shallot chunks.

Dress bitter green salad, or mesclun salad with the dressing. Add seasonal fruit in the salad. The dressing can keep 5 days in the fridge.
