Chocolate Mānuka Honey Avocado Pudding

This chocolate avocado pudding transforms simple, whole ingredients into a decadent treat. Smooth, creamy, and satisfying, it’s indulgence that nourishes.

Ingredients

2 large (perfectly ripe) avocados, pits removed
1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup ACTIVIST Raw Mānuka Honey
¼ cup (or more) fresh orange juice
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ cup cacao nibs and/or chopped nuts or flaky sea salt

Method

Scoop the avocado into a blender and scrape in the vanilla bean seeds. Add the cocoa powder, honey, orange juice, and salt, and blend to a coarse purée. With the motor running, gradually stream in ½–¾ cup hot (but not boiling) water. Continue blending, adding more orange juice as needed, until smooth and creamy.

Divide the pudding into ramekins or small bowls and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve topped with cacao nibs, nuts, and/or flaky sea salt.
