Green Botanical Mānuka Elixir

Why it works

ACTIVIST 850+MGO Raw Mānuka Honey and the ACTIVIST Mānuka Immune Elixir are the foundation of this tonic, delivering a concentrated source of bioactive compounds and antioxidant-rich botanicals.

Mānuka Honey is naturally high in methylglyoxal (MGO), a compound responsible for its unique antibacterial activity. It also contains antioxidants that help protect cells from oxidative stress while supporting overall immune health.

The Immune Elixir combines elderberry, astragalus, turkey tail mushroom, echinacea, and ginger, ingredients traditionally used to support healthy immune function. Together, they provide a broad spectrum of plant compounds, including polyphenols and beta-glucans from turkey tail mushroom, which play a role in supporting normal immune cell function. Ginger also contributes anti-inflammatory compounds that support digestive health and overall wellbeing.

Green tea adds catechins, powerful antioxidants that help protect cells from free radical damage and support cardiovascular and metabolic health. Cucumber contributes hydration along with small amounts of vitamin C and silica, while raw apple cider vinegar adds acetic acid, which may help support healthy blood sugar regulation after meals and healthy digestion.

Together, these ingredients create a tonic that supports hydration, provides a wide variety of beneficial plant compounds, and helps nourish the body's natural immune defenses and cellular health.

Enjoy on a warm day and make it your own. Keep the base the same - Mānuka Honey, Immune Elixir, sparkling water, and a splash of apple cider vinegar - then play around with seasonal herbs, fresh crushed berries, cucumber, citrus, or different teas like green tea, nettle, or raspberry leaf.
